The following criteria are assessed for grant consideration:

Sustainability

A focus on meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability for future generations to meet their needs.

Transparency

Open, honest communication and operation where information flows freely.

Direct Impact

Impact on a situation or environment which is a direct result of the action taken.

Novel Approach

A new technique or approach to something that has not previously been done.

Community-orientation

The intention to seek like-minded, goal-driven people to build a network of mutually beneficial relationships.
