Women’s Employment Network

The Kao Family Foundation has provided a grant to Women’s Employment Network (WEN) which aims to ensure that women in the Kansas City area are provided every possible resource to secure their financial future and achieve success – for themselves and for their family.  Their mission is to help women entering or re-entering the workforce raise their self-esteem and achieve economic independence through sustained employment.

WEN believes that when you give women the support to build a foundation for their futures, potential, and well-being, you also strengthen the foundation for the entire community.
