Children’s Mercy Hospital

Deepening its commitment to youth mental health, the Kao Family Foundation (KFF) provided support for construction and capital needs at a new, state-of-the-art inpatient hospital in Olathe, Kansas run jointly by Children’s Mercy and Camber Mental Health. Camber’s trauma-informed, neuroscience-driven inpatient mental health treatment model, combined with Children’s Mercy’s world-class pediatric care, research and community engagement, is significantly increasing youth and adult mental health treatment access in the region.
